Community Members Wanted to Continue Nashoba Scholarships
Nashoba Regional Dollars for Scholars needs volunteers to help us build for future generations of Nashoba scholars. For over three decades, Nashoba Regional Dollars for Scholars has been providing scholarships to Nashoba Regional High School seniors. Last Spring, the committee awarded nearly $40,000 to deserving students who began post-secondary education at a college/university, trade school, or other accredited institution of higher learning. Are you interested in helping to continue this important tradition?
We need you! Our organization must engage the next generation of parents and community members so that it's equipped to award scholarships to future graduates. We are always looking for new volunteers to help:
- Determine worthy recipients of our scholarships
- Raise money to give to current and future graduates
- Build our brand in the community and raise awareness of our activities
- Find even more volunteers to help current and future scholars
Qualifications and time commitments are flexible, and we are happy to offer any and all support to assist you! Nashoba Dollars for Scholars meets once a month. We on on the first or second Wednesday of the month at the Nashoba Regional High School library at 7:00 PM, and all our meetings are accessible on Zoom. You can also reach out to us on Facebook or through our website, http://www.nashobaregional.dollarsforscholars.org/.
